From its creation, FP BOIS
has adopted a very rigorous Quality Control Policy. In january 1995,
our company obtained ISO 9002 certification for its varnishing site; it was thus rewarded for its efficient organisation and employee accountability over the years.
In this regard, we should remember that "the ISO certification
or standard is the procedure by which a third party gives
written assurance that the product conforms to the requirements
specified in a reference document". In 1998,
FP BOIS's 3 sites were ISO 9002 certified by the AFAQ (French
Association for Quality Assurance) which is no other than
the number 1 certification body in France, one of the world's
major certification bodies and the number 1 independent certification
body on an international level.
This stage of certification generalisation confirms FP BOIS's
desire to pursue its Quality Control approach.
We thus obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification
in June 2004,
from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA, a professional certification body recognised worldwide). This confirmed our ability and our desire to constantly produce exceptional parquet flooring and panelling. This ISO 9001:2000 certification certifies and proves once again the excellence of our company's quality management system. Each year, LRQA
carries out a 3-4 day audit to confirm and renew our ISO 9001:2000 certification.
FP BOIS, located
in the heart of the Landes forest, has the privilege
of being situated in one of Europe's most beautiful
and vast forests.
As nature lovers, our ever-present duty at FP BOIS is
to respect and use its gifts reasonably. At FP BOIS, "the forest is a state of mind"
(Gaston Bachelard), and we have long understood how
to combine tradition and modernity.

Our know-how, our excellent mastery of this noble material
called Pine and constant product development guarantee
our customers certified high quality. Our initial approach involves
almost drastic selection of raw materials. This is followed

In
addition, our products have also received NF certification
monitored by the Wood and Furniture Technical Centre (CTBA),
which provides a further guarantee of the quality of our products.
A CTBA inspector regularly comes to take samples of products
manufactured by FP BOIS to check the quality announced and
described in the product data sheets.
